So, I heard through the grapevine that you want to dominate Facebook because of the sheer numbers of people using the social media website. There is no mistaking the fact that Facebook is an amazing way to network and communicate with your friends, family, classmates, and colleagues. Today, I'm going to help you accomplish that goal. All for the low, low price of free. This is good stuff, so let's get right into it.

First and foremost, you must have good content to post daily. This is where 99% of agents drop the ball. It is hard to do, but you need to post at least once each day. Posting 2 or 3 times each day is better. Don't post only about your real estate business. A good rule of thumb is 90% personal or other information and 10% business.

Second, interact with your friends. Post your photos, ask questions, comment on others' walls. Remember that being on Facebook is like being at a cocktail party. The more people you interact with, the more fun you have and the more potential home buyers and sellers you will meet.

Third, make a plan and stick to your plan no matter how tempting it is to wander. Make a list of your 10 favorite websites, bookmark them, and visit those websites everyday. Use these websites to gather your content and links to articles.

Fourth, you have to manage your Facebook yourself. You have to find the time at least once, but preferably twice per day, to manage your Facebook content.

Fifth, you must comment on what others post. It can't be all about you all of the time. Take a little bit of time each day to read your friends' posts and comment on their photos and content.
